The following terms and conditions ("terms") apply to all purchases of products by you from Mamas & Papas (US) Inc whether your purchase is made over the telephone through our Home Shopping service or from our website []. Please read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check to ensure you have the latest version before you make a new purchase. The date on which the terms were last amended is shown at the bottom of these terms

References in these terms to "Mamas & Papas", "we", "us" and "our" means Mamas & Papas (US) Inc and group companies.

Your legalrights are not affected by these terms and conditions

1. Payment

Mamas & Papas welcomes payment by PayPal and the following credit and debit cards over the telephone and on our website: Visa, MasterCard

2. Placing, acceptance and cancellation of orders

Orders can be placed over the telephone through our Home Shopping service or online through our website.

Where you order over the telephone through our Home Shopping service and provide or have already provided us with an e-mail address or order online, subject to availability of the chosen product(s), we will e-mail you with confirmation of your order shortly after we receive it. Please ensure the e-mail address you provide is accurate and up to date.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse to supply products to any individual or company.

Our order fulfillment and shipping is designed to ship orders quickly and efficiently therefore we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process and is ready for dispatch. Should we be unable to process the change, your order will be shipped and charged to your method of payment. They, will however be subject to our no quibble refund and returns policy should you wish to return them.

3. Tracking your order

It is important to track your order, Mamas & Papas will provide you an order status representing what is happening with your order between the time you place it and when it leaves our warehouses

Once your order leaves our warehouses it is handled by carriers, to allow you to track your order on route to its destination, our carriers will provide tracking information.

As soon as your items have left our warehouses you can track the progress of your delivery.

The details of how to track your order and your unique tracking numbers will be included in your order shipped confirmation

4. Shipping

The delivery period within which you will receive your goods is estimated. Provided the items are in stock we aim to deliver them to the specified address within 5 – 7 working days

For orders shipped to one delivery address only one charge will apply.

If you order more than one item your goods may be sent separately from our warehouses, please wait 5 working days before contacting our Customer Relations team as your goods may arrive at different times or days.

Following dispatch of your goods from our warehouse we are unable to amend your delivery address.

Products purchased online from our website or over the telephone through our Home Shopping service can be shipped to addresses in all 50 states. Mamas & Papas do not ship to U.S. Protectorates; Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands nor do we ship to military addresses.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our/the carrier's control such as adverse weather and traffic conditions

You cannot cancel the whole or any part of your order because it is not delivered within any estimated or confirmed delivery period or on a confirmed delivery date. Where this occurs, we or the carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative delivery date

Delivery Service

All of your items will be delivered directly to your specified delivery address via UPS. FREE standard Shipping on orders over $150 (excluding tax), standard shipping and handling for all other orders will be charged at $9.00 irrespective of how many items you place within your order

You may send your order to a different address other than your billing address if you wish. If you want to take advantage of this facility, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. Please note you can only send items from a single order to one address, whether it is the billing address or an alternate. Multi address delivery for single orders is not available

Please note that if you have multiple items in your shopping bag your goods may be shipped to you from different locations and therefore will arrive in separate deliveries.

Strollers(with the exception of Mylo), highchairs and rocking animals will be shipped from our US warehouse and will take approx 2 – 7 working days to reach you depending on where you live. See transit map

All other items will be shipped directly to you from the UK and will take approx 5 – 8 working days to reach you.

We will try to meet any date stated for delivery however these dates are not guaranteed.If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered the carrier will leave you a card with the details for you to arrange for a convenient time to make the delivery.

Customs fees

Please note that shipments from the UK to the US are subject to Federal import regulations which can incur duties and taxes upon entry into the US. For your convenience we have included this duty on your behalf wherever it applies. However, in the unlikely event that you are charged US import duties or fees for US customs clearance, please contact our Customer Relations team on 1800-490-0331 and provide us with the proof of payment and the customs paperwork showing that the charges relate to your Mamas & Papas parcel and we'll gladly reimburse you.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities

5. Prices

The price of your product is that applicable at the time of purchase. Prices are exclusive of tax. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer will not be honored and requests to do so will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.

Very occasionally, errors in prices may occur on our website. If any price appears to be incorrect (because, for example, the price is much lower than you would expect it to be), please telephone us on 1-800-490-0331 or e-mail us at to check it. We cannot honor any price which is obviously incorrect even if we have in error confirmed your order on the basis of the incorrect price.

6. eGift Cards

E -gift cards can be purchased over the telephone through our Home Shopping service or from our website. The purchase and use of all gift cards is subject to the following conditions;-

  • E-gift cards are non refundable
  • Any refund due for any product purchased with a E-gift card will be made to a E-gift card. Where the E-gift card has been used by way of part payment for the product, the refund of that part payment will be made to a E-gift card.
  • Mamas & Papas E-gift Cards have no expiration date.
  • E cards can only be redeemed via purchases on our USA website or our Home Shopping Service.

7. Descriptions

At the time of publication on our website all product descriptions are believed accurate, errors and omissions excepted. The Mamas & Papas' design team take great care with the colors used in our collections. However, representations of colors are approximate only due to the limitations of the photographic, reproduction and printing processes. There may therefore be a difference between the actual product and photographs of it on our website. All measurements and weights are approximate.

Whilst we endeavor to maintain advertised product colors and specifications during the lifetime of the product, we reserve the right to change them and to withdraw particular products as we consider necessary.

8. Our no quibble refund within 30 days of purchase

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us, if for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from purchase to return the item for a refund, all we ask is

  • The product must not have been used and must be returned to us in a salable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached
  • The product must be returned with your e-mail order confirmation

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If the credit/debit card has expired we will issue the refund to an E-credit.

As soon as we receive your items back we will process your refund, this may take 2 -4 working days to appear as a credit on your original method of payment.

This refund guarantee only applies to products purchased from our website or our Home Shopping service

Please note under our returns service no postage is required as we will arrange collection via our carrier.

If you have purchased your product from another retailer, please contact them directly as their service and guarantee commitment to you may differ from this one

9. Returns & Refunds

How do I return items?

We want to make it easy for you to return items back to us. If the item is simply unwanted we will arrange a complimentary collection, all we ask is the items are returned within 30 days from purchase.

Go to My Account to request a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number

Arranging the collection

  • Once we have authorized your return, you will receive your RMA number
  • Within 12 hours our carrier, UPS, will send you an email containing instructions on how to arrange a convenient method and day of your choice for the collection

It's simple to arrange using the links on the UPS email:

  • Print your label contained in the email and attach it to the outside of your package
  • You can then select your method of collection from the two options below

A Pickup - this allows you to arrange a convenient collection of the package from your address

Find your closest service location - This provides locations close to your zip code where the package can be ‘dropped off’ at either a UPS Service Center, Store or Retail Location

Please allow 12 hours before contacting our customer relations team if UPS do not contact you for missing labels


We will issue a full refund on inspection of the returned item(s) providing the products are returned unused, in the original, undamaged packaging with all sales tags attached and are perceived as being in a salable condition

Any refunds will be applied within 5 working days.

Important notes

To ensure your refund is processed quickly, the RMA number and order number should be noted on the outer packaging or inside the parcel. Without both of these reference numbers we are unable to process any refunds

For items returned in an unsaleable condition a refund will not be processed.

For any items that are returned because they are not required, the carriage charge of $9 will not be refunded.

Product Guarantee claims - damaged or defective

Before returning any damaged or defective items under our product guarantee you must contact our customer relations team on our toll free number 1800 490 0331 or by Email to validate the damage or defect and authorize a product guarantee claim

10. Our 2 year product guarantee

Mamas and Papas guarantees that our products will be free of manufacturing and material defects and ensures normal function under normal conditions for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

What is covered under our guarantee

  • All metal or plastic components
  • Wheels and seat frame
  • All parts of the safety harness
  • Fabric seams and zips

Where your product is covered by our 2 year guarantee, we will provide any necessary self fit spare parts FREE of charge or exchange the defective component.

Conditions and exclusions are stated below.

  • All products purchased from Mamas and Papas website and Home Shopping service, BRU stores/website and FAO Schwartz the guarantee starts from day of purchase
  • Products purchased from our authorized dealers product guarantee starts after 30 days.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Photographic or video evidence maybe requested of the defect for inspection by our technical team
  • Registration completed at the time of purchase, by completing the online registration card found on our website
  • The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred with ownership of the product i.e. second hand purchases
  • Products must be used, cared for and maintained in accordance with the instruction manual and failure to do so may invalidate your guarantee. Please make sure you read this carefully before first use of the product.

  • Clothes
  • Bedding (including mattresses) and towels.
  • Soft furnishings
  • Fabric / tyres / wheels / PVC on prams, pushchairs, strollers, travel systems, car seats, highchairs and other equipment
  • Toys (other than electric battery operated ride on vehicles
  • Batteries and chargers
  • Incorrect assembly or use of non recommended parts, or third party accessories not compatible with original design
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage including airline damage
  • Damage caused by abuse, neglect or by being used and cared for not in accordance with our instructions
  • Unreasonable usage
  • Second hand purchases or purchases from a non authorized retailer.
  • Corrosion or rust on the wheels or chassis due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance.
  • Improper storage /care of the product.
  • Tire punctures or wear and tear.
  • Airline/transit damage: check carefully after it has been handled by the airline or other transporters and submit the claim directly to them.
  • Customer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of disliking the weight, functionality, color or style etc.
  • Fabric fading, discoloration or wearing due to laundering and general wear and tear.
  • Adapted or modified product, products repaired by an unauthorized repair agent.

Any replacement or exchange of any product will not extend the original 2 year guarantee period. Any product provided by way of replacement or exchange of the product originally purchased will be guaranteed for the remainder of the guarantee period applicable to the original product.

Where proof of purchase cannot be provided Mamas & Papas reserve the right to assess the condition of a product and determine whether it falls within the scope of the guarantee.

Cookies are a technology which is used by us to provide you with customized information from our website. A cookie is an element of data which a website can send to your browser, which may then store it on your computer. Amongst other uses, we use cookies to enable you to keep track of your current shopping session so that you may review or amend your shopping bag at any time.
